Measuring instructions for collar and retriever leash
To measure your dog's neck for our collar or retriever leash, you will need a flexible tape measure. Place the measuring tape close to your neck so that there is no gap or distance. We always add 2-3 cm in addition to your measurement so that the collar is not too tight, so you don't have to take a buffer into account when specifying the measurements.

How long is the production time?
Since each of our items is individually made by hand, the current production time is 3-4 weeks
How much are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs to Austria are €4.30, to Germany €9.90 and to all other EU countries €12.10
Shipping is free for purchases over €90
How long does delivery take?
Shipping within Austria takes 1-2 working days.
To Germany 3-5 working days and to all other EU countries 4-7 working days.

Can I return my order?
Custom-made products such as harnesses, muzzles, non-adjustable collars and retriever leashes cannot be returned.
Items such as adjustable collars and leashes have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Contact us at fluffypaws-shop@outlook.com or via our contact form.

Can I order a special product as requested?
Almost all of our products can be configured as desired. However, if you cannot find the product you are looking for, we can definitely help you.

What is the best way to clean Biothane?
If the material gets dirty, you can simply hold it under lukewarm water and clean it with a soft sponge or cloth and use a little soap if necessary. The wet material can simply be wiped off with a dry cloth or left to air dry.
